一、全体董事一致推举项栋才为董事长。
二、全体董事一致同意聘任项栋才为江苏省科技发展有限公司总经理。
三、经总经理提名，董事会一致同意聘任：
1、聘任王翔燕为副总经理兼进出口四部经理。
2、聘任孙宇琳为副总经理兼进出口一部经理。
3、聘任唐超为副总经理兼进出口二部经理。
4、聘任黄俊为副总经理兼进出口三部经理。
5、聘任陈东亮为总经理助理兼办公室主任、商务部经理（享受副总待遇）。
6、聘任汪宁为总会计师兼财务部经理（享受副总待遇）。
